Phase I ESA: Our Phase I ESA is a crucial first step in evaluating the environmental condition of a property as detailed in ASTM E1527-13. We conduct a thorough investigation, including historical research, site visits, and interviews, to identify potential sources of contamination or environmental concerns.

Phase II ESA: If any potential environmental risks are identified during the Phase I ESA, we proceed to Phase II as per ASTM E1903.
