Phase 1 Environmental
Site Assessment

"At Liberty Geotech, our ESA services are performed by a team of qualified professionals with extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, ensuring that your project is in compliance with all applicable requirements.

Whether you are a developer, property owner, or lender, our ESA services provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your property. Our ESA services are designed to identify potential environmental liabilities, evaluate the impact of past and present land use, and comply with regulatory requirements. We offer a range of assessment options to meet your specific needs:

  • Phase I ESA: Our Phase I ESA is a crucial first step in evaluating the environmental condition of a property as detailed in ASTM E1527-13. We conduct a thorough investigation, including historical research, site visits, and interviews, to identify potential sources of contamination or environmental concerns.

  • Phase II ESA: If any potential environmental risks are identified during the Phase I ESA, we proceed to Phase II as per ASTM E1903. This stage involves conducting subsurface investigations and collecting samples for laboratory analysis. Through soil testing, we aim to determine the extent and severity of any contamination.

  • Remediation and Risk Assessment: In cases where contamination is confirmed, we provide remediation strategies and risk assessment services. Our team works closely with you to develop cost-effective solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines."
